In 2022, I chaired the panel reviewing the quality of journals for the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) in the subject areas of management, leadership, human resource management, data analytics, commercial services, and transport and logistics.
I was delighted to be elected a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences in 2020.
Delighted to have won the Pearson-sponsored ANZAM Management Educator of the Year award in 2013 in acknowledgement of my innovative teaching on the Master of Leadership.
In 2018, I was honoured to be made a Fellow of the British Academy of Management.
